The Red River Watercolor Society's The 2020 National Juried Watermedia Exhibition 4th Floor Gallery June 8 through August 9, 2020
In a partnership with the Red River Watercolor Society, we are honored to host the 2020 National Juried Watermedia Exhibition, a gorgeous showcase of watercolor and acrylic by some of the most talented artists of today. The featured artists come from both our local community and the U.S. at large in an effort first articulated 27 years ago by the Red River Watercolor Society: to provide a diverse selection of watercolor opportunities to RRWS members and to build a world-class community through education and exhibitions in Fargo-Moorhead.
The 2020 National Juried Watermedia Exhibition is juried by Ken Call, an illustrator, watercolor artist, and signature member of the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, and Tranparent Watercolor Society of America. In the last few years, Ken has transitioned to fine art and portraiture. Many of his original works are hanging in galleries and homes across the country. He lives with his wife and children in Illinois.
Also, please join us at 6:00PM on Tuesday, June 9, for the exhibition's opening reception at the Hjemkomst Center. A presentation will begin at 7:00PM featuring remarks and awards.
The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
