CCHS Board of Directors 

CCHS is governed by a board of fourteen (14) directors. Twelve (12) directors are elected to staggered terms by CCHS members at our annual meeting every spring. These directors are joined by one (1) appointee each from the City Council of Moorhead and the Clay County Commission. 

CCHS board meetings are held at the Hjemkomst Center every fourth (4th) Wednesday of the month at 4:00PM. These meetings are open to the public.
