HCSCC Board Meetings

HCSCC is governed by a board of fourteen (14) directors. Twelve (12) directors are elected to staggered terms by HCSCC members at our annual meeting every spring. These directors are joined by one (1) appointee each from the City Council of Moorhead and the Clay County Commission.

HCSCC board meetings are held at the Hjemkomst Center every fourth (4th) Wednesday of the month at 4:00PM. These meetings are open to the public. If you would like to join us, please contact HCSCC's executive director.
