Monsters, Marvels, & Memorabilia
The FMVA Constraint Art Show

Heritage Hall
November 22, 2019, through March 9, 2020

The Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists and the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County invite you to Monsters, Marvels, & Memorabilia, the 2019 FMVA Constraint Art Show. This multimedia exhibition celebrates the imagery of history and the supernatural, offering a local response to HCSCC's exhibition of "America's Monsters, Superheroes, and Villains" and exploring a world of terrors, superpowers, and pop culture nostalgia through the minds of FMVA. Immerse yourself in local art and see what's lurking in the shadows of Fargo-Moorhead!

The exhibition is generously sponsored by The Arts Partnership and the North Dakota Council on the Arts.

Also, please join us for the Opening Reception on Tuesday, November 26, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Admission is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
The opening reception is generously sponsored by Drekker Brewing Company.

About the FMVA Constraint Art Show:

Each year, the Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists challenge themselves to exhibit work created within specific parameters, or a constraint. The result offers a focused, multimedia statement showcasing the tremendous talent and creativity of Fargo-Moorhead artists.
