Rocks and Hard Places: Emigration through the Lens of Knud Knudsen opens tomorrow! Stunning photographs from Knud Knudsen capture the hard lives lived by Norwegians before leaving for the United States. Rocks and Hard Places is a traveling exhibit created by Vesterheim, the National Norwegian-American Museum and Folk Art School, and will be on display until September 27, 2026.
