Whether it be Potato Days in Barnesville, spaghetti dinners in Dilworth, breweries in Moorhead, or the revival of Native American cuisine throughout the Red River Valley, food plays an important role in all of our lives and plays a key role in our identities. Land to Table highlights these and ways food has shaped the lives of Clay County residents.
