Join us to hear local historian HCSCC Programming Director Markus Krueger deliver a history of winter holiday folklore. As the resident Krampus extraordinaire, Krueger has extensively researched the origins of our community’s various local holiday customs and he’ll be sharing those histories with our museum visitors, weaving a line from Krampus and Saint Nicholas to Santa Lucia and the feisty Tomten of the North.

Before/after the talk, explore The Saint John’s Bible.
